Wendy House bad experience

I have recently had a cabin built by Wendy House. Heads up to anyone entering a contract with Wendy House. Go through their 5 page Terms and Conditions very carefully before signing up, as there are many areas that will void the warranty in the event of a callback. In addition any complaints are not dealt with on a managerial level but are left to the front of house staff to deal with, not fair on people who otherwise do a very good job.
