Wendy Factory / Wendy Fabriek in 24 Boomkruiper Str Birch Acres Kempton. Would have given them minus 5 if possible! worst customer service ever. Took time out to drive to their premises in Boomkruiper str to look at what they have to offer don't even waist your time they just do not come back to you at all! I have given them a floor plan for 2 x buildings which I requested a quote on as well as one of their structures on site which was not even finished Jacques promised that he will send me the quote by 9 the next day. I phoned the day the quote was supposed to be sent but the lady informed me that he was busy with a client asked if she can take a message and have him get back to me PFT! he never came back to me! I phoned again, again the same lady told me the same lame excuse he is busy with a client and that she will take a message upon which I rep**** don't bother if your workmanship is anything like your customer service then this is not a company I would even consider to do any kind of project for me at all! No people this is a mickey mouse company don't even waist your time to ask for a quote because you will not receive it in the foreseeable future or any time soon. I'm disappointed in myself for not reading the google reviews before wasting my time driving all the way out there for nothing. Lesson learned - do your homework and read the google reviews it just might save you time, fuel money and a lot of frustration!
