Wendy Factor - Very Disappointed

As soon as I had issues they (Lee) wanted to charge me to come out after I sent pics as requested (trying to phone them is a difficult one). Pieces of wood was pushed in under the wendy to level it no wonder i have my current issue and I am really keeping my side of the terms and conditions for warranty purposes as they wanted it. That should already tell you about quality. Lock was put on skew didn't see this until the lock didn't want to slide in properly anymore and they still wanted to charge me to come out and check this (Randburg is not that far from Edenvale) , nevermind the one door bending to the front after I treated it as they asked. Quick to ask for full payment and now that I need help after paying alot of money they don't even come back to me. I've got quite a few pics to share.
