NO INTEGTRITY - Avoid at all Costs.

Wendy Factory came to my premises to carry out repairs on a Hut I had purchased from them. When they entered my premises and plank of wood protruding from their truck damaged my electric fence. I immediately called them and sent them photos of the damage. I arranged for a security company to come and carry out the repairs which I paid them for. Since then I have been given the run around by this company. Requesting all manner of documentation and this is for an amount of R850. I spent over R100,000 with this company and this is their attitude when they have damaged my property and all I am asking is that they refund me for the repairs.<br> Carri (apparently the owner) will not take my calls and never calls back on the messages I have left. A staff member cut me off today when I insisted on speaking to her.<br> <br> Highly ********* - take your business elsewhere. DO NOT USE WENDY FACTORY !!!
