Do not want the business

So I visited Wendy Factory 5 weeks ago and told them my requirements...1 week later they provide a quotation (Ben). I review the quotation and make some minor adjustments...mostly to window sizes. After 4 days of not receiving a response( Ben) i email them requesting status update....Lee phones me and gets more detail. Ben mails me today stating that they are not prepared to install a cottage on an alternative foundation....my foundation is a welded steel platform...perfectly square and true. I requested that the manager/owner contact me.....to no avail. This deal is worth R60k...so much for supporting local. I will find someone that wants the business.
