I ordered a wendy playhouse from "Charlie" (Wendy Experts) and paid a deposit of half of the purchase price the same day. He communicated that delivery will be the first weekend in October and kept me updated the first week after making the order. The playhouse was not delivered and I haven't been able to get a hold of him since. He has since changed is number and email address and does not respond to any calls or emails made to him.
