No delivery of doll house

I've sent a request for a quote through via Gumtree after I've seen an add for doll houses. I was then contacted the next day by Joakim Sithole (or Kim as he calls himself). He sent me an email with doll houses that he currently has on promotion. I also spoke to him on the phone and he explained all the options to me and he assured me that, if I ordered by the 11th of Dec the doll house will be delivered before Christmas. I then emailed him on the 11th to confirm that I want to order. He sent me a pro forma invoice. I had to make a 50% deposit which I paid the next day. I then emailed him proof of payment, my address and the colour options for the doll house as requested by Kim. He rep**** on my email that he received everything and that the doll house will be delivered on 22 December 2017. On the 21st of December myself and my husband tried to phone him, with no answer. Both his phones were later switched off and we couldn't get hold of him ever since. He never pitched on the 22nd. I've sent him an WhatsApp and he read the message in the 23rd of December, but when we tried to phone him again, he switched off his phones again. I can only assume that he ****med us. Do not make use of his service ever!!!
