Shocking experience From attorneys
Extremely disappointing experience. My Partner was her client, Our funds were left sitting in this attorney’s trust account for weeks while our calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored. We only received a response and our money back after copying the Legal Practice Council (LPC) on our emails. The way this matter was handled left me with the impression that, had we not been persistent and escalated the matter, we may never have received our money back. To make matters worse, the final invoice was more than double the original quote without a satisfactory explanation. Poor communication, unnecessary delays, and a deeply frustrating experience. I would not recommend this attorney.
