I would rate my experience with Wendy House Cabins, Worcester, as extremely disappointing, and advise extreme caution if considering using this company.

We engaged their services in December 2023 and paid a substantial deposit for a project expected to take 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

After the deposit was submitted, communication stopped entirely for some time. Our attempts to reach them through calls and messages went largely unanswered for an extended period. With persistence, we eventually managed to re-establish communication.

Unfortunately, nine months later, the situation has not improved. Work has been sporadic, with teams showing up occasionally, often working only for a few hours before leaving for days or a week at a time, with no communication from the owner, and no idea as to when the teams will return.

As a result, we are left with an unfinished structure; the frame is up, but the cladding is only partially completed. We persevered only in an effort to salvage our deposit and derive some value from our investment.

We have now had to seek another contractor to finish the project at our own expense. I would advise extreme caution when considering this company for any projects.
