Wendcal Properties a ****
My experience with Wendcal Properties, run by Calvin and Wendy, has been terrible. They **** both tenants and landlords. They lure property owners, find tenants and later swindle you your money. A big ****. I would not recommend dealing with them. Landlords and tenants should be extremely cautious. You will not get hold of them. STAY AWAY!

DISHONEST AND ************* - AVOID CALVIN AT ALL COSTS
Beware of Calvin, a ****mer and a *****! He took rent payments from a tenant, denied receipt, and kept the money. After months of ignoring calls and messages, he's still got the tenant's cash. ************* and unprofessional.Don't risk your hard-earned money with this *****.
