<p>I would urge anyone to think twice before using WENBOU to build your house.</p> <p>After numerous emails and calls to Mr Deon Wenzel to finish the substandard work on our house, let alone attending to the LONG snag list sent to him before occupation, we are still unable to get him to comply with clauses set in his own contract.</p> <p>After 3 months we still sit with contractors knocking on our door for payment as Mr Wenzel failed to pay them. We have opened case with the NHBRC against Mr Wentzel to address the quality of workmanship as well as his business ethics.</p> <p>Be aware of a clause he removes in the contract regarding retention amounts – it seems like he is trying to use this to get clients to pay for work not yet rendered.</p>
