Breach of Confidentiality and consequent destruction of peaceful divorce.

Made the mistake of employing Alf Olivier and WeMediate to assist in my divorce. Make no mistake it was a contentious process, but Alf recommended we attend a Co-Parenting course. I did so, but whilst the school has not had to close the co-parenting classes, and investigations are underway. The mediator breached the confidentiality of the course, and proceeded to make unfounded allegations as to what was said and not said. The fact remains, he should not know ANYTHING said on the course as it is a breach of confidentiality.

Be very careful before using WeMediate, because this breach officially put out in a press release from the school, calls into questions his impartialness and ability to keep our children's best interests at heart if he is now prejudiced to one of the parents. His denial also calls into question his honesty and ethics.

The damage he has done to the finalisation of our divorce is catestrophic.
