Boom Gate Security at wembley square

I'm very angry and upset the way I've been treated by your staff. I am a member of the virgin active gym at wembley square. I got adleast 3 to 4 times a week and always park underground as my car got broken into and radio stollen the last time I parked outside.<br> <br> I had to pay R2.00 for parking so I went down stairs to the ATM and the machine gave me R100.00 so I went to the man behind the desk at the wembley square office and he was very rude and said I need to get R2.00 somewhere else. So I got back up to the gym and ask them for change and pay with the machine there. Then I go to my car, drive up to the boom gate and the ticket doesn't work, he says I need to pay and they don't let people out for free. Getting heated now cuz just want to leave I tell him I've paid and I'm not going back inside he refused to let me out. He let all the cars behind me leave through the other boom gate WITHOUT CHECKING THIER TICKETS. so I go back inside PAY AGAIN then go back to my car drive up to the boom gates , there was another lady in front of me who also had problems with her ticket. He just let her out. I drove up he called me a ***** and told me to **** off before letting me out.
