Pathetic & snail pace service!

Service is pathetic & snail slow!!!! I cannot comprehend that Wembley Roadhouse has all this new equipment, yet their kitchen staff is absolutely snail slow making 2 items, does hotdogs take you 45 mins to make seriously!!!!!!, people that ordered after me received their items. Trying to get someone's attention to check up on your order is also a struggle, get your OLD staff back they were more efficient with no fancy equipment, orders actually came out quickly. Jack up your staff ,, so much staff yet NOTHING /NO orders come out promptly. The saying is good food takes time but God it took m..... long and the chips was frakken hard and really what is the point going back to them, Wembley has gone to ****, so irritated, another loser to a old customer.
