Pathetic service

This is the second disappointment I have received from Wembley Road House. I bitterly stood 30 minutes in the queue, sorry not a queue a train wreck. I observed on how the girls take their own sweet time to serve the customer. The one serving took literally 30 mins to assist the customer with 4 samoosas's into a bag after having her own little chat first.

It's appalling just watching this unfold right infront of you. Never the less back to the point, after waiting for someone to assist or call out next customer in the disoriented queue another girl from the car order window calls next customer and willing the customers in the back of the queue gets served as if the cashier has no concern if you came last or first.

I am seriously disgusted by this service. I was eventually served and when I got the chance to place the order the item that I wish to order was out of stock. Wow, I will publish this on every social media platform there is. I hope this is taken in consideration and notify the store of the pathetic service to your loyal customers.
