never again

saturday afternoon order 394 at 14:32 my self and my husband purchased a large tandoori box I waited for my order for over a whole hour I received my order at 15:34 the staff was really rude as when I asked the teller at the phone call orders counter what the turnaround time is for the meal she tld me she doesnt work on that side but still you work for wembley,eventually I got my order and asked the lady for plates so me and my family coyld sit down and eat she tells me the manager says there isnt any I tld her to tel her manager that I am waiting for a full hour the least they could gve me was plates and I got thr plates bad attitude and lies I asked her for forks she tells me there is forks in when we sat down to eat there was one fork in for my husband myself and my two daughters to share I was soooo frustrated that I just left it,wembley you let me down heavily
