Never again

Firstly, masive confusion no one knowing what line to stand in and procedure. Eventually placed the order at 8:45pm, was told 30 minutes which really translated 1 and a half hours.....repeated attempts to find out the progress of my food ignored, only after asking for a cancellation did they magically find my food.I really dont know what the the whole fuss is about, the food was bland, even the chips had zero seasoning, not even a packet of sauce. I was trully embarrassed to bring my family from Joburg there........service 0/10 - food 1/10 ( only because i got something)....i see from previous posts that they dont respond either, which says a lot- never again.
