Disappointing customer service

I ordered the following via telephone: 1 masala whopper with mushroom sauce the combo

1 masala steak sandwich with whopper sauce and mushroom sauce

2 chicken rolls 2 koeksisters

Both my sandwich and the whopper had no sauce on it and the whopper was supposed to be without garnish and tomotoe. When I collected the order I was told both sandwiches had sauce and the one no garnish

It's disappointing as I feel I'm not valued as a customer and the level of service is unsatisfying
