Bad Attitude

Placed at phone order at 12:39 today... I was told the waiting time is 25mins. I stood there for another 20mins when the woman to was taking payments didn't even look at me and I had say I'm here to collect my order. Without even saying "okay" after giving my name, shouts "next customer", she tells the customer her total goes to collect her order and totally ignores me.
