Unsatisfactory service and products

So today, on my birthday I decided to buy a cake from wembley. We usually buy their cakes for special occasions as they're quite pricey but delicious. However today I had a negative experience in their store when I went to buy a cake.

I came in the store and asked the man, that usually works by the cake window and make the sales, which of the cakes were chocolate mousse because I could not distinguish them from one another as they all had a white cream top layering. This man literally takes me by the face and says all the cakes had chocolate mousse and walks away WHILE I'M STILL SPEAKING AND WANTING TO ORDER A CAKE. I ask him another question he ignored me and walked away. Is this the way you treat your customers?

And on top of that, the quality of the cake was disgustingly decreased as the cake was dry and tasted like freezer.

Never supporting any of their outlets again.
