Service with heart

Our son contracted a dangerous bacterial stomach infection and as it would happen we needed medical assistance very unexpectedly. Not only were we assisted without having made an appointment, but the doctor consulted with us and prescribed the necessary meds and understood that we did not have the money at that stage to pay for the consultation, but that it was an emergency and that we do not have medical aid. We were granted an extension of time in which to pay her consultation fees. It might seem petty, but to us this is the most meaningful experience in our community in a long time.
