Weltevreden estate, Stellenbosch

<p>The Estates 2 doggies that roam freely on the grounds and also in the next door housing estate has been barking nonstop every night for hours. Keeping us and toddlers awake for hours. No matter how many times they are asked to make a plan and give the residents a peaceful nights sleep, it still continues. Many neighbors have complained but like in the past they don't care and doesn't want to help. Very fed up and tired!</p>
