Pooor unprofessional service

I ap**** for fedhealth medical aid after resigning from discovery, my start date is 1 January, i have not received my medical aid number.ive phone wellwox for 6th times, even now as im typing im on hold, even fedhealth sent me back to them , the supervisors and managers are not available
