No medical aid due to bad service ! FEDHEALTH NEED TO INVESTIGATE

Tried to utilise the services of Wellworx to reinstate my medical aid after Covid-19. Utterly unprofessional. I had to send dozens of emails. Questions unanswered. Eventually after a month, I just cancelled the application. How do companies get these contracts to act on behalf of other companies only to loose them clients ! Terrible service!
