Horrible Service and False Information Provided

I spoke to Sean Swartz when I was taking my medical aid plan. He assisted me with a quote after I explained my requirements and basically sold me a product which did not cater for my needs. I had been paying R1901 per month and Fedhealth did not pay my consultations of about R900. I emailed Sean for answers, since he was the broker I dealt with. He has not gotten back to me so I did the next best thing. I canceled the plan so I could settle my medical bill. I have since received SMSes that I should pay you guys but the person assigned to me has essentially ghosted me, even though he was on my neck every week when he was trying to get me to take the plan. It’s people like this who give sales people a horrible name. I am utterly shattered and disappointed in the after-sales service I received from yourselves.
