bad service and poor communication

I have place an order with this people since 21 November 2023 and I have trying to get a feedback but no is giving me answers and their communication is bad. I lost trust and don't even know if I will ever get my order or it's just one of ****s. I just wish I could get my money back and buy somewhere else.
