wellness warehouse poor customer support

Wellness Warehouse is running a promotion. If you purchase over R1500 they add a recipe book. I placed the order and omitted to add the voucher code. I mailed them immediately and asked if I should cancel the order and redo adding the voucher code or whether they will add the recipe book based on my email request.

The response received was that they were doing me a favour. It would be only this once. Well I don't need the recipe book quite frankly but you do need my support which I will now take to the local health store or FTN. In comparison FTN's customer support is miles ahead. Wellness Warehouse could learn from them.
