Wellness Warehouse, non-existent online customer service.

So, I've been buying directly from your stores for years and you seemed organized, until I was forced to buy online. I spent R1000 in April and received R100 voucher off my next purchase, all good so far. However, the voucher code just does not work, your support desk sent me a replacement , which also does not work, I've now sent 3 emails with screen shots to your support line trying to get resolution. (Guess what...I was ignored). Hopefully you are aware, I do not need to spend my money with you, there are other options. The fact that you have no customer service for online sales tells me you don't care.
