Wellness warehouse lack of communication and terrible service

They are the worst, ordered three weeks ago and they only dispatching today. We were told 5-7 days for delivery. They never told us that thing were out of stock and that’s why they were holding our order. We had to enquire two weeks later as to why it was taking so long and then they only told us things were out of stock. Could have let us know sooner and we would have cancelled and looked elsewhere. 5-7 days has now turned into 4 weeks. We understand that things take a bit long during lockdown but this was before lockdown and the lack of communication is simply unacceptable
