Wellness Warehouse La Lucia - Great Service

I recently went in to the Wellness Warehouse La Lucia and did not take my card with me. They could not locate me on their system and I left feeling "Oh well, I've lost out on points" To my surprise, I received a call later in the day to say that they had located me on their system and had allocated the loyalty points. When service levels and client care are generally not priorities, the staff at the Wellness Warehouse have restored my faith.
