Wasting time and money and no customer care

went to Lifetsyle Centre branch in Tamboerskloof looking for a product, which they did not have. A man who appeared to be in charge, checked on the computer and told me that the branch at the Waterfront had 1 box of what I was looking for. I asked him to call t check up and to ask them to keep it for me if they had. He returned to say that had 2 boxes and that 1 was being kept for me. I then drove to the Waterfront Wellness Warehouse only to find that neither of the assistants had any knowledge of me coming nor did the branch have ANY of the product I was looking for . I had been sent on a wild goose chase, wasting my time, petrol and parking fee. I told the assistant I was laying a formal complaint and she said that she would escalte the problem. About 2 and half hours before writing this review I went back to the shop to be told by the assistant that she had called the CEO and that I should expect a call from the CEO, Yes, you have guessed it..... I am still waiting for that call. It seems like the inefficiency in this business starts at the top and works its way down the the shop floor level. Cannot see me ever going back again. I will source what I am looking for elsewhere, WARNING TO CUSTOMERS" IF REFERRED TO ANOTHER BRANCH TO COLLECT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, DO YOUR OWN CONFIRMATION THAT THE BRANCH HAS IT.
