I have been a loyal and avid supporter of Wellness Warehouse South Africa for years and I have had an online account with them for the past 3 or 4 years.

On 20th February 2023 I received my order number ***. The courier was scared of my dog barking. When I opened my front door, he had already started heading back towards his car... and left before I had even opened my security gate to retrieve my package.

On collecting my package from the floor where it was left, I noticed a hole in the box and the box was not delivered in the custom Wellness Warehouse branded box that I usually receive my orders in.

When I opened the box and took out one of the 1KG bags of Gluten Free Oats I had ordered, I noticed that the bag had been slashed open.... therefore possibly tampered with as it was a clean cut like from a sissor or sharp instrument not a tare that would have left uneven edges.

I took pictures and videos of the slashed packet of oats as well as the condition of the box (although I had already opened the already damaged box) and sent a notification to the Wellness Warehouse online support email address *** with a video and pictures attached and requested they please collect the box and replace the oats.

I proceeded to seal the slit made in the packet, with some tape and reseal the pieces of the box that I had managed to open (leaving the hole unsealed).

On 21st Feb. 2023 I had not received a confirmation with a ticket number as I usually do and then noticed that my email had not been sent and was sitting in my drafts so I hit the sent button again and off it went at 08:49 a.m.

I still did not get a confirmation response with a ticket number as I usually do.

To date, the box and oats have been sitting waiting for collection at my front door. I have had ZERO response from Wellness Warehouse despite sending them a reminder to respond to my email on 22nd Feb. 2023.

I have lost total faith in Wellness Warehouse and their ability to render appropriate customer service and will sadly never be using them again.
