Terrible service delivery and communication

I placed an order for 1 item on the 13th April. To date no feedback or communication has been received on my order. I contacted the stated email address for an update on the order and received an automated response about delayed delivery due to covid-19.

Unacceptable service and communication from a place that is supposedly promoting health. Absolutely ridiculous. Hope others read this before ordering and losing there money with this place as they don't respond to refund requests either.
