Shocking customer service

I have bought at least 10 packets of the Keto Bulletproof Coffee from Clearwater branch, this one packet tasted like cinnamon apparently it’s called Dirty Chia it’s labeled small on the packaging the picture is exactly the same so if you don’t know about this you could easily take the wrong packet by mistake!! When I spoke to one of the staff at the Clearwater branch saying it tasted like cinnamon they had no clue why!! Bad packaging in my opinion! I sent an email to some rude person by the name of Manfred who was not very helpful at all!! I have sent many emails with NO reply!! I am very disappointed with wellness warehouses!!
