Service at Wellness Warehouse is not well

I ordered goods on 27 July. They were only delivered on 3 Aug, but 2 of the items were incorrect. I have emailed several times, logged a query on their website and Facebook. Only automated responses and an apology via Facebook. Nothing more about when I will receive the correct items.
