******* rewards system

Their reward system is a mess. From last year my rewards disappear and also they don't allocate instore or online rewards - I have sent so many emails, they promise to correct it and allocate my online orders' points, but they are unable to fix it. It would be better if they don't offer rewards than what they give and take it unfairly and inconsistently, clearly due to *********** systems. Their online support staff takes weeks to respond to emails and then informs you it is fixed when it is not, their communication is also inconsistent. The instore staff at least informed me (after telling me I only have R1 reward) that I am not the only one with issues. But just mentioning the R1 made me mad all over again.

Staff in store are absolutely amazing though.
