<p>I phoned in to complain about something I ordered from the online shop that got damaged during transit - the lady who answered ("Norma") was from their physical shop and she immediately informed the people who needed to be informed about what had happened and I was called back almost immediately and a replacement of the damaged stock was sent through and arrived that same week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very Impressed with their team's pro-activity on adressing challenges that arise and their honesty in their operation as a company.</p>
