No delivery

I placed an order on Monday, 25 May, and it still hasn't been delivered. Enquired with the courier and I was informed that they have been trying to collect since the 26th of May but were told that it is not ready. This is really poor service and I wanted to contact them through telephone but can only send a query on their website. Extremely frustrated with the poor service and I have since sent in a request to cancel my order.
