No customer support

10 days after placing an online order there has been no delivery. I received an email with instructions on how to track the order and now 10 days later the status is still awaiting the pick-up from the courier.

The only way you can communicate with Wellness Warehouse is through their support email address. You get a tracking number and then wait days to hear from the support department again.

When they do contact you eventually it is accusations that it is your fault that your address is not complete. An address they have delivered numerous times to before and an address with a street number and name, name of the suburb and postal code.

So now 10 days later they sit with my money and I have no avenue to get the items.
