Goods ordered, no stock, no refund

I placed an online order for solal invisible fibre, their system showed they had 7 in stock, I placed and order for all seven and paid for all seven. Sharon phoned me last week Monday to say that she was very sorry but they could not get the stock that i ordered, and they would have to do a refund, I said that was fine, Thursday there was still no sign of my refund so I sent an email asking when i can expect my refund as this order was placed more than two weeks ago. I phoned this morning and left a message, as yet no one has returned my call. I think this is totally unacceptable that you have to wait this long for the refund to be done, surely to goodness if you know you have no stock and you know you can't get stock you return people's money?
