Atrocious Service!!

Very disappointed in the service received from Wellness!! I ordered 3 items and waited more than 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, only to realize one of the items were delivered incorrectly! I emailed the Support Team at Wellness immediately to inform them of the problem but waited weeks with no response after which I was forced to post on their FB wall regarding the atrocious service received. The incorrect order was delivered on the 23rd of April! I have mailed and phoned numerous times but with no response at all from their side explaining what they would like to do to rectify the problem! Someone from their Facebook page rep**** saying that they would get back to me ASAP. Not sure if they understand what this means as I am still waiting for a response from them! I paid more for the item ordered than the product I received, so the company now owes me money. I expect to receive the item ordered or a full refund! Utter pathetic service! I will never order from them again and will definitely not recommend their service to any!
