Abysmal Sales Service

I ordered 2 x 360g jars of NAKED COLLAGEN - Neutral (R859.90) (order no. 59618), and received 2 jars of Beauty Greens - coconut vanilla. I immediately wrote telling them the error and asked them to rectify it. I called them the following day and spoke to Sylvia who said I must put it in writing. I told her I had but she said she hadn’t read emails yet. She also said I must send photos proving I’d received the wrong products. I did this. No response. After some hours I called her but she cut me off. After that I couldn’t get through to Wellness Warehouse. Please help me. Either a full refund, or preferably my products.
