Worst spa experience

We visited the Lourensford facility over the weekend. By far the worst spa experience we’ve ever had. The treatments started 30 minutes late but ended at the scheduled time of 17h00 pm. We were waiting around with no communication from the staff until my friend complained to me, and a staff member overheard the conversation. The two the******s were wonderful. However, little things were lacking. I asked for a glass of red wine, and they did not have red wine, so they just gave me rose. Firstly how do you not have wine on a wine farm and how do you not ask a client what they would prefer. Then I got white wine in a champagne glass. Next time I will stick to the facility in Franshoek thousand times better! What was meant to be a relaxing afternoon turned into a not so relaxing one? Then two days later my friends nail polish came off just disappointing at the very least!

From two very disappointed clients! nO RESPONSE FROM THEM!
