Poor service

Bought shoes for my son for his birthday. Returned the shoes because it was to small. They undertook to replace it in 8 weeks. After 8 weeks they said they would rather return the money as they could not meet the order. Supp**** the banking details ob 5 October. They have on a number of occasions said that payment will be made that week. On Tuesday (13/11/2018) my son was informed that payment was made. None has however been received. Criticized them on Facebook because they still advertise on Facebook but telephonically they would say they have serious problems and cannot supply timiously. I have since been blocked and cannot comment on their Facebook page. Think twice before ordering from them.
