No help at all

I ordered some goods from this company. Should have received in 3 days. As was coming from Europe I thought that unlikely. I eventually managed to "track" the parcel and upon investigation believe the courier company to be a sham too. Supposedly the parcel is sitting at customs in country of destination. I cannot get hold of anyone to verify this. I believe having read the other reviews that these companies a ********** and that sadly there is no parcel waiting for me. BEWARE. (I should have been alerted to the fact that they were the ONLY online shopping website ANYWHERE that stocked the item I wanted.)
