<p>During 27.03.2017 we ordered a Bosch Stainless ***** Gas Hob pcq715b90e 5quem 70 cm online, after ensuring stock was available. After making the payment of Over R5300,00 we were immediately informed that the gas stove is no longer available and we would be refunded. A week later the same gas hob was still available online and we never received the refund. To date. This mail order company is highly ********** and we are advising strongly against using them - they attract customers with a pricing structure just below average and then say they have no stock and never refund you - Beware, and warn everyone you know.</p>

I recently checked my bank statements - I was refunded, and then the refund was immediately reversed. However, the notification I got from the bank showed that the refund was in my bank account. No notification that the refund was reversed. Only found out when I looked at the statement at the end of the month. Thus please do not purchase from them.
