Deceit and no response

I ordered and paid for a printer that they said would be delivered in three to four days. On confirmation of order the delivery change to four weeks. I cancelled the order straight away and discovered their cancellation policy states that orders cancelled within the hour will be immediately refunded with no costs.

I received no response from them and no refund.

Received a mail saying my order was under way the following day, so i contacted them again and received no response, two days later and still waiting.
