wellies south africa - do not purchase from them

i purchases Hunter boots from this company https://www.welliessouthafrica.com/ and according the tracking number they gave me it shows it is in transit for 33 days and no one can locate where my parcel is not even the post office

i tried to make contact with the person who i spoke to on mail *** but no response

i am not sure if i will ever get my parcel and it this is just money gone now

if they are a **** they MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET
