Frans came through on 24 Jan 2018, said my fridge needed re-gassing, he charged me R950. It is not working any more than it was before he arrived, he is not taking calls from my cellphone, have called from my landline, he answered said he would be here this morning 30 Jan 2018, now not answering my calls from landline either. My domestic worker called him and spoke to him, he put the phone down on her. I have left him a lengthy voicemail on whatsapp explaining that I would be laying a charge and once done we can get his details from the bank through the account number he gave me for e-wallet, no response, AARRGGHH feel incredibly stupid!!!!!
