Don't use this company!! Disgusting service.

My fridge broke, and Wellies were quick to organise an appointment. They were almost 2 hours late. They fixed the fridge, but made use of my cloths and a jug of mine, and dirtied them. Was told it would cost R300 over the phone, and then when the contractors were done they demanded R1150. I paid, because I was happy to have a working fridge.

The fridge broke a WEEK later. All of my food is ruined. I called the man from Wellies to ask for them to fix, as I have a 6 month service warranty. His contractors never arrived, and he has stopped answering my calls. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a business. Just so you know which business it is: https://www.welliesrefrigeration.co.za.
